The Sinclair is a new luxury apartment development located in Covington, GA. With an emphasis on comfort and wellness, the property was designed with biophilic principles in mind to give tenants and guests a welcoming, modern experience.
Challenge
This project didn’t present many traditional challenges. The main objective was to ensure that the design stood out while still feeling natural and timeless. The client wanted a space that would leave a lasting impression and reinforce the building’s focus on greenery, sustainability, and comfort.
Solution
We designed and installed a large custom preserved moss wall in the leasing office that acts as a living piece of art, offering a calming focal point the moment you enter. To carry the biophilic theme throughout the space, we also provided artificial foliage installations in the recreational lounge, placing UV-rated greenery in floating shelf planters for a clean, modern look that requires zero maintenance.
